The Sisters of Bethany Convent, Badyar, along with the Bethany Lay Associates (BLA) unit, marked the twin jubilee of their SD RFC Mascarenhas with a solemn celebration at St Raphael’s Church, Badyar on March 23, 2025.
The event commenced at 8.00 am with a grand procession, followed by the Holy Eucharistic celebration. Sr Janet gave the introduction for the Mass, while the liturgy was conducted by the sisters and BLA members.
Fr Roshan Crasta, the Parish Priest, and Fr Jossy Lobo, a parishioner, led the Eucharistic celebration. Following the Mass, a cake was distributed to all parishioners as a gesture of joy and thanksgiving.
