St Raymond’s PU College, Vamanjoor, joyfully celebrated its Sports Meet – 2025, marking 25 glorious years of excellence in education. The event was held on Saturday, October 11, with great enthusiasm and participation from students, parents, and well-wishers.
The celebration began with a grand march past and the flag hoisting ceremony by Sr Alveena Clare BS, Tertian Directress, who Presided over the programme. The college band gave a splendid welcome, creating a spirit of unity and pride.
The event was inaugurated by Mr Nizam enterpreneur and Alumni of the institution, who lauded the college’s contributions in shaping young minds for a better tomorrow.
Mr Naveen Pereira of Surathkal, Entrepreneur, received the Guard of Honour, while Mr Yohan Simson and Mr Santhosh Sequeira were specially honoured for their remarkable support and generosity towards the Bethany institution and the Silver Jubilee celebrations of St Raymond’s PU College.
The welcome address was delivered by Sr Dr Sadhana BS, Principal of St Raymond’s PU College. Mrs Lidwin efficiently compered the programme, while Ms Sandhya proposed the vote of thanks.
The event concluded on a high note with smiles, medals, and memories, reflecting the college’s motto of “Nurturing Minds, Transforming Futures.”
