Bethany School joyfully reopened for the new academic year on June 2nd 2025, marking the beginning of a fresh journey of learning and growth. The day commenced with a warm welcome to the students, accompanied by the school band, creating a festive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
A special highlight of the day was the official welcome of the new principal, Sr Jacintha Dsouza, who was greeted with great respect and joy. A solemn prayer service was conducted, invoking blessings for the year ahead, followed by a graceful welcome dance performed by the students.
The inauguration of the academic year 2025–26 was symbolically marked by the lighting of the lamp, signifying the spreading of the light of knowledge. The school correspondent, Sr Roselyta, extended a heartfelt welcome to Sr Jacintha Dsouza and the newly appointed teachers by presenting them with floral bouquets.
In her address to the students, the Principal encouraged them to embrace the new academic year with dedication and positivity. She wished all the students success and growth in the months ahead.
