Rosa Mystica Convent, Kinnikambla in collaboration with Jeevandhara social Service Trust ( R) joyfully celebrated Vanamahostava on 25th June at 3.00 PM. The Rosa Mystica community Sisters along with the enthusiastic participation of the novices, came together to mark this meaningful occasion dedicated to nurturing nature.
The event began with the distribution of Saplings to the Sisters and Novices. Sr Leena Periera Bs the Superior presided over the same. Sr Ilene BS the Coordinator for Jeevandara Social Service Trust addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of tree plantation and encouraging all to take responsibility for the care and growth of the saplings. The presence and participation of Sr Sonia, the Novice Directress, along with the assistant directresses and the novices, added charm and spiritual depth to the event, making it a truly memorable and eco-conscious celebration. The presence of Sr Aruna BS -In Charge Shubdha Trust was encouraging.
The saplings were planted around the campus, bringing life and greenery to the surroundings. The joy of the moment was shared through the exchange of sweets, symbolizing unity and celebration.
Sr Sofia BS compered the program with grace and clarity. Sr Leena Periera the Superior warmly welcomed everyone, setting a positive tone for the event. Sr Juliet Shanthi proposed the vote of thanks, appreciating all who contributed to the success of the celebration.
