Illuminate, Innovate and Inspire at Rosa Mystica PU College

 “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” These powerful words set the tone for the Investiture Ceremony, NSS Inauguration, and Club Inauguration at Rosa Mystica PU College, held with grandeur and solemnity on June 28, 2025, in the college auditorium.

The ceremony commenced on a spiritual note with a graceful prayer and an elegant welcome dance. The formal inauguration was marked by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Sr Anita Lydia, Principal of Rosa Mystica PU College, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries, staff and the students.  Her words of encouragement, urging students to uphold the values of unity, discipline, and academic excellence was a motivation to our leaders. 

Sr Leena Pereira emphasized the importance of leadership qualities such as commitment, active listening, loyalty to the institution, and the value of team spirit in achieving shared goals.

A significant highlight of the day was the inauguration of the NSS unit, marked by the uncovering of the NSS logo, followed by the unfurling of the areca flower – Pingara to inaugurate the various student clubs. The symbolic act represented the spirit of service and community development. NSS volunteers pledged their commitment to active participation in social service initiatives aimed at the betterment of society.

The oath-taking ceremony was solemnly administered by the Principal, during which the newly appointed student leaders pledged to serve with integrity and responsibility. Each club presented its vision and outlined planned activities for the academic year, encouraging students to engage and excel in their areas of interest.

Chief Guest Mr Keerthiraj Karandadi from Hosa Digantha shared his inspiring journey with the NSS and how it helped shape a better future. He motivated students to build self-confidence and to boldly showcase their talents.

In her presidential address, Sr Roselyta BS encouraged the newly elected leaders to Illuminate, Innovate, and Inspire as they take on their responsibilities, urging them to become change makers in their communities.

The event was compered by Mr Avil Renil D’Silva the NSS coordinator  and   kumari  Prathiksha -President of the College Cabinet proposed the vote of thanks.
