August 23, 2025, was memorable day as the Bethany Lay Associates (BLA) of Mangalore Province began their new project of visiting the Founders Cottage on 23rd of every month to pray for the cause of the Founder. St Raymond’s Convent, Vamanjoor, BLA unit began this initiative of the province. The members fervently prayed for the cause of the Founder, Servant of God RFC Mascarenhas, and placed before the Lord the various intentions of the Congregation and of the world.
As the day coincided with the Feast of St Rose of Lima, the members made use of the opportunity to greet and celebrate the feast of the Superior General, Rev Sr Rose Celine BS. The BLA members meet her personally and extended wishes on her feast day and to listened to her.
The visit became a spiritually enriching experience, strengthening the faith of the members and renewing their commitment to live the charism of the SD RFC Mascarenhas the Founder of Bethany Congregation in their daily lives.
