The Parents’ Day celebration at Bethany English Medium School Kilpady Mulki, held on Thursday, 27th February 2025, was a memorable occasion that brought together students, parents, and teachers to celebrate the crucial role parents play in a child’s education and development.
The event commenced with a prayer song, followed by a welcome dance and a heartfelt speech by Mrs Mable Dsouza, highlighting the importance of parental involvement in shaping students’ academic and personal growth. The students, from Pre-KG to UKG, showcased their talents and creativity through a variety of cultural performances, including dances, songs, and speeches.
Mrs Shanthi Maria Lobo presented the report of the school activities for the 2024-2025 academic year through an engaging PowerPoint presentation. The Master of Ceremony for the cultural program was handled by UKG students, Miss Rifa Mariyam and Mr Yansh.






Interactive sessions and fun games were organized for the parents, and awards were presented to the winners of the games. Sr Shalet Dsouza delivered the presidential speech, while Sr Meena BS, the guest of honor, shared a message with the parents about the importance of caring for their children. On behalf of the parents, Mr Chandru expressed his gratitude to the management and teachers for their unwavering dedication to nurturing the children, praising the school’s efforts.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Sr Sujata Ekka, who appreciated the contributions of students, teachers, and parents in making the celebration a grand success. It was a day filled with joy, appreciation, and a stronger bond between home and school. The program ended with the distribution of juice and snacks to all attendees.
