On June 2, 2025, Sacred Hearts’ Higher Primary School in Kulshekar, Mangaluru, reopened its doors with a vibrant celebration. The occasion was marked by the warm welcome of Rev Sr Rita Sharal as the new Headmistress, adding to the day’s excitement.
June 2, 2025 – Maryvale School reopened its doors to staff, parents, and students, marking the beginning of a new academic year. The campus was abuzz with excitement and enthusiasm as students reunited with friends and teachers.
The reopening day at Sacred Hearts School, Kulshekar was conducted in the school auditorium with a programme to mark the beginning of the new academic session.
Students were brought to the auditorium in a procession led by the school band. A prayer service was held by the teachers and students to commence the day with a sense of reflection and purpose.
The commencement of the new academic year marked a significant milestone in our institution’s history on 2nd June 2025. For the first time, students from both HS and HPr came together under a unified banner, symbolizing a strategic amalgamation aimed at enhancing academic opportunities, sharing resources, and cultivating a robust learning community. The atmosphere was electric with enthusiasm as students met new classmates and educators, and a renewed sense of purpose filled the air.
The school reopening ceremony was a triumphant start, filling students with joy and enthusiasm as they returned to school. The presence of our esteemed Headmistress and dedicated teachers created an electric atmosphere, boosting the spirits of our young learners.
On the auspicious Feast of the Visitation of Our Blessed Mother, a day that celebrates Mary’s journey of love and service to her cousin Elizabeth, Bethany CBSE School, Kinnikambla experienced a deeply spiritual and historic moment—the Blessing and Laying of the Foundation Stone for its new school block.
Parishioners of Taccode were given the knowledge of the person of our Founder SD RFC Mascarenhas on Sunday the 11th May 2025 when the Sisters along with the BLA members celebrated the thanksgiving Eucharist meaningfully in his honour to mark his Twin Jubilee.
‘Home Mission’ was arranged in two Parishes, viz. St Antony Church, Padukone, Udupi diocese and Holy Cross Church, Manjotti, Mangalore diocese from April 26 to May 4, 2025.
Srs Shalet Dsouza, Suma, Florine, Jyothi, Prameela Dsouza, Deepthi Roshni and Sujatha Ekka—formed three dedicated teams and visited a total of 270 families in Padukone parish. The mission was not only a pastoral outreach but also a celebration of community life rooted in prayer and mutual care.
In a vibrant display of faith and fellowship, ten Sisters from the St Raymond’s Community embarked on a one-day pilgrimage to Senhalaya and Bela Church on 28.04.2025.
The Lisieux Convent in Puttur joyfully marked a momentous milestone—100 years of unwavering faith, selfless service, and transformative commitment to the community. This historic celebration commemorated the founding of the Convent on May 29, 1925, a divine vision brought to life by the Servant of God Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas.
