History

BLA at Mary Queen Convent, Karkala was started in the year 29.6.2009. At the beginning there were 10 members. Now there are 25 members.

Activites:

- Visiting the houses of the sick and old and helping them in cash and kind - Taking leadership in the Church Activities - Attending funerals and masses in the Church - Participation in the Quiz on word of God by the diocese or any other association - Foundation day and BLA day celebration - Visit to the Founder’s Cottage - Participation in the Province level BLA Convention
