The BLA unit of Genazzano Convent, Taccoode, organized a family get-together on 11th September at 6 pm in the convent premises. The event aimed to celebrate the family feast, pray for each other, strengthen bonds, and share joy.
Sr Flavia, Provincial Councilor and Coordinator of the Socio-Pastoral Apostolate, graced the occasion, adding to the celebration. The programme began with a meaningful prayer service where members prayed by name for each other, followed by the Novena of Nativity with flowers offered to the Blessed Mother.
Games for both children and adults created a lively and cheerful atmosphere, and prizes were distributed by Sr Flavia.
A special moment was the honouring of Sr Flavia on her Silver Jubilee of Religious Profession. In her address, she appreciated the unit’s active involvement and unity.
The evening concluded with a delicious home-cooked meal, fostering togetherness, joy, and the spirit of family among members.
