The Province-level Bethany Health Care Meet was held on August 26, 2025, at the Bethany Provincialate, Vamanjoor. The gathering began with a prayer led by Sr Wilma Prabha.
Sr Mable Clara, Coordinator for the Medical Apostolate, warmly welcomed the sisters. In her opening address, Sr Lilly Pereira, the Provincial Superior, emphasized that the healing mission is not merely a profession but a true vocation. She reminded that the healing ministry is not just about treatment, but about creating a sanctuary of healing. Following this, Sr Mable Clara shared insights on the Vision 2030 of Bethany Health Care, which had been discussed during the recent Capacity Enhancement Program at Secunderabad. The participants then engaged in a group discussion to form the vision, goal and objectives of Bethany Health Care 2030.
Sr Lilly Pereira honoured the veteran medical fraternity — Sr Nympha, Sr Hope, Sr Walburga, Sr Amitha, Sr Benignus, Sr Isabella, Sr Angelita, Sr Prashanth, Sr Premalatha, Sr Piya, and Sr Vithalis Lobo — recognizing their invaluable contribution.
Following this, Sr Mable Clara shared insights on the Vision 2030 of Bethany Health Care, which had been discussed and deepened during the recent Capacity Enhancement Program at Secunderabad. The participants then engaged in a group discussion to form the vision, goals, and objectives of Bethany Health Care 2030 for the Mangalore Province.
Towards the end, Sr Saritha DSouza expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Superior and to all the sisters gathered, appreciating their presence and encouragement, which made the meet meaningful and enriching.
